- Assessment of position
By working closely with customers we are able to identify their
exact needs and better satisfy them. Our consultants ask the
right questions: identifying different types of responsibilities,
functions and tasks related to the job. They will evaluate the
skills and personality profile required for the position; gathering
the right information and putting everything in place for a
successful search.
- Recruiting
We are experts at attracting and retaining qualified people.

with the appropriate skill sets for the job. Our strong reputation

- Screening
We do a complete evaluation of the resume: analyzing the presentation,
verifying experiences, achievements and determining the career
profile. Our professional recruiters perform an initial telephone
screening then proceed to an in-depth face- to- face interview.
- Testing
At this stage of our process, we measure the skills and knowledge
of the applicants. The candidates are submitted to a series
of tests, including a grammar and computer proficiency test.
In addition, they go through psychological testing including
a general personality profile.
- Computer Training
In the actual business environment it's important for your personnel
to be computer literate and constantly up grade their computer
skills to keep pace with technology. Unique offers training
sessions for employees covering basic, intermediate and advanced
knowledge of software programs such as; Word, Excel and Access.
Other programs such as Windows, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Internet
and E-mail, Web Page Design and Maximizer. Our training solutions
enable clients to master skills in line with individual and
corporate objectives.
- Structured Interview
Our recruiters use behavioural techniques to interview all the
candidates. This method allows them to predict future behaviour
in the workplace based on past experiences. We verify general
skills, aptitudes, education, career evolution, personality
features, attitudes and interests.
- Reference checks
We do a complete background check on the candidate, contacting
previous employers to verify the information gathered during
the interview process. We question the immediate supervisor
to ensure that work history corresponds with the resume statements.
- Follow up
We do a complete follow-up with the customers to have their
impressions on the candidate's performance and their adaptation
to the work environment. Our consultants simultaneously assist
the candidate through the integration process. At Unique Personnel,
